Top hygiene rating at two supported services

7th April 2026

Sanctuary Supported Living

Two chefs in black uniforms and caps are standing in a kitchen. They are smiling and holding up a green food hygiene rating certificate that displays a score of 5. The kitchen is equipped with various cooking appliances and utensils, and there is a window in the background showing a view of parked cars outside.

Two Sanctuary Supported Living services are celebrating after retaining their five-star food hygiene ratings, recognising the consistently high standards delivered by teams across the organisation.

Montague Road, which provides specialist mental health and dementia care for adults in Felixstowe, and Tony Long House, a residential care and support service for adults with learning and physical disabilities in Swindon, achieved the top rating during recent unannounced inspections by the Food Standards Agency. The assessments looked at food handling, storage, cleanliness and the overall management of each kitchen - with both services once again meeting the highest possible standard.

Sanctuary Supported Living’s Head of Hospitality, Will Childe, said:

We’re incredibly proud that Montague Road and Tony Long House have retained their five-star food hygiene ratings.
