About us

Birmingham Vulnerable Adults Pathway has seven supported housing services across Birmingham: Lightfoot House, Bridgeburn Road, Old Vicarage, Osbourne House, Primrose House, Sandwood House and Sandybanks.

We support vulnerable adults aged 18 and over with a wide range of support needs, including mental health needs and learning disabilities.

  • Supported housing for vulnerable adults across seven services
  • Tailored support packages offering 3-6 hours per week
  • Staff on-site during office hours
  • All properties have a communal lounge, dining room, kitchen, and garden

Seven services comprising 57 single-occupancy bedrooms and 8 one-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a bedroom, lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom.

Shared spaces at each service include a lounge, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and garden.

Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.

Free Wi-Fi in communal areas. We can provide assistive technology for additional safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for a place at Birmingham Vulnerable Adults Pathway applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Require between 3 to 6 hours of support per week

How do I apply?

We also accept referrals from Birmingham City Council. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
