About us
Birmingham Vulnerable Adults Pathway has seven supported housing services across Birmingham: Lightfoot House, Bridgeburn Road, Old Vicarage, Osbourne House, Primrose House, Sandwood House and Sandybanks.
We support vulnerable adults aged 18 and over with a wide range of support needs, including mental health needs and learning disabilities.
- Supported housing for vulnerable adults across seven services
- Tailored support packages offering 3-6 hours per week
- Staff on-site during office hours
- All properties have a communal lounge, dining room, kitchen, and garden

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Birmingham Vulnerable Adults Pathway applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Require between 3 to 6 hours of support per week
How do I apply?
To apply, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form.
We also accept referrals from Birmingham City Council. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
