Our highly-trained staff can provide support five days a week, during office hours. Support levels can vary to suit the client’s needs, from just a couple of hours a week, to more frequent and regular levels of support.

Residents can purchase additional telecare technology to further promote their independence.

Sanctuary Supported Living is part of Sanctuary, which is regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH). The RSH is the government body for the social housing sector. It sets standards for social housing providers and can take action if they’re breached. 

If you’re a customer and you have a problem with one of our services, the first step is to speak to your Local Service Manager, who will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you are still not happy, you can follow our complaints process, which explains how to make a complaint and what to expect from us.  

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Housing Ombudsman Service, which is an independent organisation that deals with disputes between landlords and tenants.
