We provide community-based floating support to people aged 18 or over, who have learning disabilities and who live in the Mansfield and Ashfield areas of Nottinghamshire.

Applying
Am I eligible?
To be eligible for assistance from Corner House Floating Support, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 or over
- Have a learning disability
- Live in Mansfield or Ashfield
- Be in receipt of a personal budget or privately funded
Our floating support service is run alongside the care and support we provide at our residential care home for people with learning disabilities in the Nottinghamshire area.
How do I apply?
To apply for support from Corner House Floating Support, please contact Corner House directly, speak to your social worker about getting a referral, or complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form.
We also accept referrals from Nottinghamshire County Council's Local Community Learning Disability Team and Nottingham City Council. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
