About us

Dereham Homelessness Supported Housing has four buildings: Selwyn House, The Barn, The Coachmakers and The Warehouse, which offer a mix of single occupancy bedrooms with shared facilities and single occupancy studio flats.

We provide support, including intensive housing management, for adults aged 18 and over, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Location

Four properties spread across one site, with The Coachmakers just over the road from the main site in Dereham. We are within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, parks, a cinema, a library, and a sports and leisure complex.

A total of ten single occupancy bedrooms with shared facilities and four studio flats for residents with medium to high support needs, plus four self-contained flats for those with lower support needs.

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for a place at Dereham Homelessness Supported Housing, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
  • Have identifiable support needs
  • Be committed to engaging with staff and external services

How do I apply?

To apply directly, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from Breckland Council and other local agencies. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
