Alt text: A Sanctuary customer, a middle-aged woman with short grey hair and glasses, wearing a light pink hoodie, sits on a brown leather sofa, smiling. Next to her, a Sanctuary Housing Officer, a younger woman with long dark hair, dressed in a black blazer and wearing a lanyard, holds a notepad and pen. They are in a well-lit living room with cream curtains, a framed picture on the wall, and a cat partially visible in the foreground.
Sanctuary has been inspected for the first time by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) under its new consumer standard. Our C2 rating demonstrates that we generally meet the consumer standards expected.
