Applying

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for a place at Astwell House, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
  • Have identifiable support needs
  • Be committed to engaging with staff

How do I apply?

We accept referrals from the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, and other local agencies.

All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.

This service is part of our supported accommodation provision, alongside Merchants Terrace and Park Road. Referrals are assessed across all three services to help ensure people are matched with the most appropriate accommodation and support available.

Please note that a referral to this service does not guarantee a place here. Following assessment, an individual may be offered a place at Merchants Terrace or Park Road, subject to eligibility criteria and availability.

If you have any questions about the support services we provide, or would like a printed copy of our service leaflet, please contact us using the form below, or call 01553 760 348 during office hours.
