Applying

Am I eligible?

To be eligible for a place at Park Road, applicants must be:

  • Aged 18 or over

  • Homeless or at risk of homelessness

  • Have low to medium support needs

  • Willing to engage with weekly support meetings

How do I apply?

Referrals are made via the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, but you can also be referred by a support worker or service you already use.

All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.

This service is part of our supported accommodation provision, alongside Merchants Terrace and Astwell House. Referrals are assessed across all three services to help ensure people are matched with the most appropriate accommodation and support available.

Please note that a referral to this service does not guarantee a place here. Following assessment, an individual may be offered a place at Merchants Terrace or Astwell House, subject to eligibility criteria and availability.

If you have any questions about the support services we provide, or would like a printed copy of our service leaflet, please contact us using the form below, or call 01485 535 199 during office hours.
