Alt text: A Sanctuary customer, a middle-aged woman with short grey hair and glasses, wearing a light pink hoodie, sits on a brown leather sofa, smiling. Next to her, a Sanctuary Housing Officer, a younger woman with long dark hair, dressed in a black blazer and wearing a lanyard, holds a notepad and pen. They are in a well-lit living room with cream curtains, a framed picture on the wall, and a cat partially visible in the foreground.

Sanctuary has been inspected for the first time by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) under its new consumer standard. Our rating of C2 demonstrates we are generally meeting the consumer standards expected.

In addition, Sanctuary has also retained its governance and viability ratings following a recent planned inspection by the RSH. The ratings reflect both the strength of our governance arrangements and our continued financial stability and resilience against a challenging economic backdrop.

Craig Moule, our Group Chief Executive, commented: “We exist to serve our customers. The RSH’s judgement that we are a well-managed, financially resilient provider means we are well-placed to continue providing good-quality, affordable housing and services to customers and communities across the country.

“We recognise there is more to do and will use the feedback we received to ensure we are putting our customers first and continue to improve the services we provide.”

Sanctuary Supported Living is committed to its mission to support people most in need on their pathways for independence, by providing safe, affordable homes and sustainable communities. To help us do this, we encourage customers to help shape and improve our services.
