Sanctuary Supported Living has been shortlisted for nine awards, including the Workforce Development Award.

Sanctuary Supported Living is thrilled to have been shortlisted for nine Housing with Care Awards, highlighting the breadth of work taking place across the organisation.

Recognition in the Workforce Development Award category reflects Sanctuary Supported Living’s commitment to investing in its people and supporting colleagues to grow and deliver high‑quality services.

As an organisation, Sanctuary Supported Living delivers services nationally across supported housing, CQC‑registered care, retirement communities, floating support and innovative home technology, with further shortlists recognising the high calibre of teams and individuals working across the business:

The Southeast

The West Midlands

The Northeast

  • The Care Handyman/Person Award - Maintenance Assistant, Jonathan Bell at Jazz Court, Scarborough

Director for Sanctuary Supported Living, Dave Shaw, said: “Being recognised for investing in our people matters because it underpins everything else we do. When colleagues feel supported, skilled and confident in their roles, they are better placed to deliver consistent, high‑quality services. These shortlists reflect the strength of our teams and the commitment they bring to their work every day.”

The Housing with Care Awards, organised by Care Talk, celebrate diversity, recognise frontline staff and highlight a range of housing and retirement models to support individual needs.

All finalists will be invited to attend a gala awards dinner on 5 June, which will take place at a central London hotel and will be hosted by compere Steve Walls.
