Sanctuary Supported Living has been shortlisted for nine awards, including the Workforce Development Award.
Sanctuary Supported Living is thrilled to have been shortlisted for nine Housing with Care Awards, highlighting the breadth of work taking place across the organisation.
Recognition in the Workforce Development Award category reflects Sanctuary Supported Living’s commitment to investing in its people and supporting colleagues to grow and deliver high‑quality services.
As an organisation, Sanctuary Supported Living delivers services nationally across supported housing, CQC‑registered care, retirement communities, floating support and innovative home technology, with further shortlists recognising the high calibre of teams and individuals working across the business:
The Southeast
- The Care and Support Worker Award – Project Worker at Sudbury Young People Supported Housing, Hayley Bremner
- The Housing Manager Award – Local Service Manager at Sudbury Young People Supported Housing, Kate Molope
- The Supported Housing Innovation Award - The team at London Road, Bexhill-on-Sea
- The Housing Team Award - The team at St Bartholomew’s Court, Rye
- The Team Leader Award - Deputy Local Service Manager, Jason Broughton, at Merrick House, Eastbourne
The West Midlands
- The Outreach Community Service Award – The team Baskeyfield House, Stoke-on-Trent
- The Housing Team Award - The team at Blackberry Court, Litchfield
The Northeast
- The Care Handyman/Person Award - Maintenance Assistant, Jonathan Bell at Jazz Court, Scarborough

The Housing with Care Awards, organised by Care Talk, celebrate diversity, recognise frontline staff and highlight a range of housing and retirement models to support individual needs.
All finalists will be invited to attend a gala awards dinner on 5 June, which will take place at a central London hotel and will be hosted by compere Steve Walls.
