Set in the heart of Eston Community Village, Romanby Crescent has 17 one-bedroom apartments. We provide personal care and support for adults aged 18 and over, with a range of learning disabilities and mental health needs.

All apartments are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Care and support planning

Staff draw up a personalised care and support plan with residents using the Life Star model. We can provide 24-hour care and support, including personal care, depending on individual needs.

Our highly-trained staff are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, giving residents peace of mind that support is always on-hand.

  • Managing finances (budgeting and benefits)
  • Cooking, cleaning and shopping

Additional support services

We also provide follow-on support when residents move on to live independently. Residents can purchase assistive technology to further promote their independence.

To be eligible for a place at Romanby Crescent, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have a learning disability or mental health need

How to apply

To apply, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from Middlesbrough Council’s social care team. All care and support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
