Set in a residential area of Petts Wood, Johnson Court has seven self-contained one-bedroom flats. We provide care and support for adults aged 18 to 64, with a range of learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Integrated emergency pull cord alarm system and personal pendant alarm available. Assistive technology, including door sensors, helps residents to maintain independence.


Care and support planning

Staff draw up a personalised care and support plan with residents using the Outcomes Star model. We can provide 24-hour care and support, including personal care, depending on individual needs.

Our highly-trained staff are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, giving residents peace of mind that support is always on-hand.

How to apply

We accept referrals from the London Borough of Bromley Council. All care and support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
