About us
Chart Lane has nine bedrooms in a shared house and a one-bedroom flat.
We provide support for adults aged 18 to 65, with a range of mental health needs, encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.

A quiet, residential area, close to shops, supermarkets, leisure facilities and public transport links.

A nine-bedroom shared house and a self-contained one-bedroom flat.

Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and a secure door access system help to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
Free Wi-Fi in communal areas. We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All bedrooms are let on a licence agreement and the flat is let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

To be eligible for a place at Chart Lane, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 to 65
- Have a mental health need or complex needs
How do I apply?
To apply directly, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from Reigate and Banstead Borough Council.
All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
