Overview
About us
Located in a residential area of Openshaw, Spencer Court provides supported housing accommodation for adults aged 18 and over, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
- Staff on site during office hours
- Fully furnished one-bedroom flats
- Short-term, low-level move-on support

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Spencer Court, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 and over
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Have low support needs
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from Sanctuary Supported Living’s Stanley Grove, Victoria House, and other local services part of Manchester City Council's PROTECT programme.
We do not accept direct applications, and all support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
