Located in a residential area of Openshaw, Spencer Court provides supported housing accommodation for adults aged 18 and over, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Located in Openshaw within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, parks, colleges, and bus routes.
Accommodation type
Nine self-contained, fully furnished, one-bedroom flats spread across two floors.
Communal areas
A garden and a meeting room which is available for key working.
Safety and security
Staff office on-site, CCTV and an out of hours telephone service to ensure residents’ safety and security.
Technology
We can provide assistive technology for extra safety and reassurance, which can be purchased at additional cost.
Rental agreement type
All flats are let on an assured shorthold tenancy agreement.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a place at Spencer Court, applicants must:
- Be aged 18 and over
- Be homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Have low support needs
How do I apply?
We accept referrals from Sanctuary Supported Living’s Stanley Grove, Victoria House, and other local services part of Manchester City Council's PROTECT programme.
We do not accept direct applications, and all support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
