Bower Mount Road is a six-bedroom shared house. We provide support for adults aged 18 to 65, with a range of mental health needs, encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.

Staff draw up a personalised support plan with residents using the Mental Health Recovery Star model.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site during office hours, five days a week, giving residents peace of mind that support is on-hand. There is an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

  • Signposting and accessing other services
  • Planning a successful move-on

Additional support services

We also provide follow-on support for up to six weeks after residents move on to live independently. Care and Support


To be eligible for a place at Bower Mount Road, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 to 65
  • Have a diagnosed mental health need
  • Require low to medium support
  • Be working with Maidstone Borough Council’s Mental Health team

How to apply

To apply directly, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from Community Psychiatric Nurses (CPNs) and social workers. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
