Conway House consists of seven fully-furnished bedrooms in a shared house and one studio flat. We provide support for adults aged 18 to 70, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, have mental health needs or require support for substance abuse.

Support planning

Working closely with residents, staff draw up a personalised support plan using the Outcomes Star model.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 12.30pm on Saturdays. There is also an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents need any further support.

Tailored support, advice and assistance includes:

  • Daily living skills
  • Maintaining a tenancy
  • Cooking, cleaning and shopping
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Maintaining health, safety and security
  • Managing rent and rent arrears
  • Issuing and enforcing occupancy agreements
  • Preventing homelessness
  • Building confidence, resilience and self-esteem
  • Planning a successful move-on

To be eligible for a place at Conway House, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 to 70
  • Currently be homeless or at risk of homelessness and have either a mental health or substance misuse support need

To apply directly, please complete the enquiry form below and ask for an application form. We also accept referrals from North Lincolnshire Council First Stop Service.

All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
