Norman Russell House has 10 bedrooms in a shared house and three one-bedroom flats. We provide support for adults aged 18 and over, with a range of mental health needs, as well as learning disabilities and autism, encouraging them to develop their skills and live as independently as possible.

Staff draw up a personalised support plan with residents using the Mental Health Recovery Star model.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site five days a week, during office hours, giving residents peace of mind that support is on-hand. There is also an overnight concierge service and an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

To be eligible for a place at Norman Russell House, applicants must:

  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have a diagnosed mental health need

We accept referrals from Milton Keynes Council. All support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
