Located in a quiet, residential area of Cheltenham, Shaftesbury Place is a residential care home. It has 16 bedrooms and 3 flats where residents can receive personal care and support, as well as 9 one-bedroom supported living flats. We provide both residential care and supported housing with care for 27 adults aged 18 to 65, with a range of learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

16 part-furnished bedrooms and 12 unfurnished one-bedroom flats. There is level access throughout the building and garden.

Staff office on-site and a secure door access system to ensure residents feel safe and secure.

Integrated emergency pull cord alarm system throughout and a hoist system is installed in the residential care home bedrooms and flats. There is a life and stair lift to all floors.

The residential care bedrooms and flats are let on a licence agreement. The supported living flats are let on an assured shorthold tenancy.

Care and support planning

Staff draw up a personalised care and support plan with residents using the Life Star model. We can provide 24-hour residential care and support, including personal care, depending on individual needs.

Our highly-trained staff are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, giving residents peace of mind that support is always on-hand.

  • Be aged 18 to 65
  • Have a learning disability or physical disability
