Located in a residential area of Wellingborough, Southwood House has 14 one-bedroom flats and two, two-bedroom flats. We provide residential care and support for 16 adults aged between 21 and 65, with a range of physical disabilities.

Staff draw up a personalised care and support plan with residents using the Life Star model. We can provide 24-hour residential care and support, including personal care, depending on individual needs.

Our highly-trained staff are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, giving residents peace of mind that support is always on-hand.

How to apply

We accept referrals from Northampton County Council’s adult learning team. All care and support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.

 

Staff know what they are doing, they are quick to notice if I am not well.
