Chesterfield Gardens is comprised of seven single-occupancy bedrooms, split across two shared houses. We provide residential care and support for seven adults aged 18 to 65, with a range of mental health needs and learning disabilities.

Staff draw up a personalised care and support plan with residents using the Mental Health Recovery Star model. We can provide 24-hour residential care and support, including personal care, depending on individual needs.

Staff availability

Our highly-trained staff are on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, giving residents peace of mind that support is always on-hand. There is an out-of-hours telephone service, should residents require any further support.

How to apply

We accept referrals from Haringey Borough Council. All care and support needs will be assessed before an application is accepted.
